Notice
is hereby given that the 25th Annual General Meeting of PT
BerlianBuana will be held on Monday, 26th March 2018 at 9 a.m. at
Rama Sinta Meeting Hall, at 6th floor of Ramayana Hotel, to transact
the following business.

To receive, consider, approve, and
adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the company for the year ended 31st
December 2017, together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Report thereon.

To appoint auditors for the year
ending 31st December 2018 and fix their remuneration. The retiring
auditors Erlina Marwan & Co. being eligible have offered themselves for
re-appointment.
3.
To elect three Directors as fixed by
the Board of Directors for a term of three years in accordance with the
provisions of section 157(1) of the Companies Ordinance. The names of the
